Loin Punch

this pile of pork loin wrapped skillfully in strips o bacon was cooked in a cast iron skillet in a wood fireplace (bbq was out o gas). my buddy Drew was so stoaked he was about wet himself...and who wouldn't!

as if the meat wasn't enough to stop up 2 or 3 arteries, i decided to drape some of the Pierce family's special sauce (blue cheez n hot sauce whipped together...delicious). a little garlic pasta n g-bread (which was proly the tastiest chunk of dough i've rammed down my throat in a while) rounded out this slugfest. i called this "Loin Punch" becuase minutes after finishing this i found myself passed out on the couch for the night.

A little Jimmy Dean tag teamed with some tasty bacon sit a top a perfectly sizzled over easy egg. Knooks and crannies hold this delectable breakfast beast together.  I give this one two tiny thumbs up.

little freshness for dinner. roasted shredded chicken throw in a softshell with sour cream hiding at the bottom. bit o lettuce, corn n black beans complete these two kids. key is the hot sauce o course. hit da spot.
